Mixing Melodic Lo-Fi Beat in Studio One

Published by Tiago Duarte on

Hi, in this video I show you the Mixing Melodic Lo-Fi Beat in Studio One. For this beat, I wanted to make sure that I follow the normal process that I have to mix tracks. I did not think about the beat being Lo-Fi in the mixing stage and I mixed as if it was a normal Hi-Fi beat. Throughout the video, I show you the equalizations that I did for every single instruments. At the end of the mixing process, I wanted to make sure the track was sounding Lo-Fi as possible and to do that I applied a special EQ curve that makes the track sound more Lo-Fi. Let me know what you think about this beat in the comments bellow. Have a nice weekend
