Hi, in this video, I open FL Studio to have some fun and I end up making a Gangsta Rap Beat. I start by selecting a drum loop from the Hip Hop Drum Loops Sample Pack, then I slice it in SliceX and create the drum pattern. After I have the drum pattern, I record a melody with a piano. This piano melody gave the beat the gangsta vibe which I really enjoy. At this point, I add an organ that adds a lot of tension to the chorus and then a bass line. I felt the beat was done so I added an auxiliary reverb and then I export the stems to mix the beat in Pro Tools.
