2- What payment options are available in the shop?
You can pay any product with PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Stripe. Our website provides an SSL certificate to ensure the maximum protection of our costumers. Each customer/user of dailybeats.pt is responsible to understand and apply security measures too, such as never provide passwords via email or to suspicious forms, etc.
3 – I can’t open my files/download my products. What can I do?
Please be sure to use a data compression tool (like 7-zip, Winrar, etc) to handle any .rar or .zip file. Also, be sure to go to your account and under the “Downloads” and download your files for your own storage.
4 – Will my products be shipped or emailed?
All our products at the moment are sent to your email for instant download after your purchase. You will receive an email with the order and the download links and if you have an account you can go to your account and click “Downloads” to access the files at any time.
5 – What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail with a link to download your order and also a direct link to the files after payment processing.
6 – My order is missing. Where is it?
If your emailed order is missing, it is most likely due to your email client’s spam filter system. In short, they may be blocking HTML emails. To solve this, we can resend your order if you let us know. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject Line “Order Missing” for quicker response time. Thank you.
If your order is missing, it could also be due to a misspelling of your email on the order form. Also, email clients tend to block HTML emails, so please check your SPAM and promotions tabs for missing emails. If you use email stacking, please be sure to check email stacks to reveal the downloads.
Also, Gmail and Yahoo email clients have changed their spam firewalls and filters, so they may have deleted your email. Please be patient as we resend your order.
We will get your support ticket in due time. Since we don’t have a dedicated person to answer emails, it takes time to get through emails. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
7 – I am having technical difficulties with my product!

8 – Is it safe to buy Daily Beats products from a 3rd party company?
Currently, our products are only available on dailybeats.pt and kitsohard.com (although just a limited number of Sample Packs). If you find any other websites selling our products please send us a link and we’ll take appropriate action.
9 – Can I get a refund?
No. Please be sure to properly understand what you are buying. In doubt contact us about any product.
10 – Are Daily Beats’s sounds and sample packs royalty-free?
All Daily Beats’s sounds and sample packs are 100% royalty-free for personal use only! Redistribution and packaging are strictly prohibited.
11 – Can I try the products out before I buy them?
You can download our free Sample Packs on the Sample Pack Page page.
12 – How long will the delivery take?
Products are delivered instantly via email. You will be sent a link for your download as well as an order confirmation. Also, be sure to check questions 5 and 6 if you have any problems with orders/downloads.
13 – I would like to sell a product and transfer it to another customer.
This is NOT allowed as the products are digital and the license is nontransferable. See our Legal Information Disclaimer for full details.
14 – My download is lost. Can I receive a new download link?
You can request a new download link via the contact page using the email address you used for the original purchase but remember that some products have a limit of downloads and reaching that limit you have to re-purchase the product.
